Should beaches have rules?

Beaches should not have rules.

People should play in beaches be free, and they should play without any control. But if in beaches have rules, people will don’t play very well. People’s safety and life is very important, but in beaches there are very many rules and people can’t play well. So beaches should have rules.

First, the police can come to victim quickly. For example, in one high school, there was a police so one student can report to the police and the police could come to the student quickly.

Second, there will not many school violences. If a police in school, then students will not do the violence so there are not many victims....
